Catalyst is on the Real Food Challenge list serve and we just got an link to the trailer for a new documentary, Food, Inc.
We thought you might want to check it out too - it looks like they will be covering some interesting stuff - looking at local food systems, the food industry, and all kinds of issues around healthy eating and nutrition.
They also have a pretty cool website, with links to all kinds of healthy eating info - including their reading list - there are a bunch of interesting boks on there.
Catalyst book club anyone? Seriously, give us a holler if you want to start a summer book club. We'd be happy to help put it all together.

I'm serious - Catalyst book club! I need some summer reading for the beach, and have not read Omnivore's or In Defense yet. I am happy to get the club up and running from afar ;)
I'm working on Michael Pollan's In Defense of Food. It kind of changes your whole perception of food. Pretty wicked.
