Just in case you forgot, Catalyst recently began a new video series where YOU ask us questions and we answer them! In episode 2 we addressed a few questions. The first two came from Mariah, who asked 1) What do you think of Mariah?? and 2) What are some ways to promote health in the summer, when school food isn't a factor?
